Board members follow and abide by the Dutch ANBI governance and conflict-of-interest rules.
⦁ Board members cannot receive financial benefits
⦁ No conflict of interest allowed
⦁ Board decisions require majority approval
⦁ Daily operations may be delegated to staff/volunteers
Board members: receive no remuneration for their work. They may be reimbursed only for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties.
Staff/Volunteers: may be compensated according to applicable Dutch laws or collective agreements when employed. Volunteers may receive expense reimbursement.
This strictly follows ANBI regulations on compensation.
